The short version: We collect your email and a few answers to send you access notifications. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to operate the waitlist.

Who we are

ZULULU is an AI content platform that generates multi-format content from a single idea. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information submitted through our early access waitlist at zululu.com.

What we collect

When you apply for early access, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your creator category (Creator, Founder, Marketer, Agency, Builder, or Other)
  • The platforms you publish on (if provided)
  • Your biggest content frustration (if provided — this field is optional)

We also collect standard server logs when you visit our site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer). These are used for security and to understand general traffic patterns — not to track individuals.

How we use your information

  • To send you access notifications when your spot opens
  • To understand who is applying so we can prioritize onboarding
  • To read your frustration answers and improve our product (we read every one — not a bot)

We will never use your email to send newsletters, marketing blasts, or partner promotions. The only emails you'll receive from us are directly related to your application status.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data to anyone, ever
  • We do not share your information with advertisers
  • We do not run targeted ads using your data
  • We do not build profiles for third-party use

Data storage

Your information is stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to waitlist data is restricted to the ZULULU founding team.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your information from the waitlist within 7 days. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you.

If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and the right to object to processing.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. The site uses no third-party analytics services. Any browser storage used is strictly functional (e.g. remembering your form state during a session).

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update the effective date above and notify waitlist members by email before the changes take effect.
